Flatmate for Furnished Room in Clifton Shared Flat

Our flat mate is going traveling and will be getting their own place when they return, so myself and Andrew are looking for a new flat mate to join us in our lovely shared flat in the beautiful Clifton location.

We are looking for someone friendly, clean, sociable and who works outside of the house most of the time. We do are own thing here but are also love to go on pub trips as well as other means of hanging out and socialising. We are aged 29 and 35. I work in market research, just around the corner from the flat, and Andrew is a graphic designer and both have an interest in going out to music events, running, enjoying nice food and pub trips. One of the best things about this house is the beautiful garden we have access to where we have had garden parties in the summer. And another is the location, right near the Clifton Triangle, so within a short walking distance you have the likes of Clifton Village, Whiteladies Road, The Downs and Park Street as well as transport links to the City Centre, Temple Meads, Cribbs Causeway, Aztec West and Gloucester Road. So the flat is close to lots of popular places but we have a quiet oasis here in our garden.

It is a lovely large, furnished room which gets lots of sunlight and is also the only room with an en-suite.

The bills come to around £170 a month, with council tax , gas, electric, water and internet. All the utility bills are in my name so are all organized whilst the council tax is split between the three of us and paid individually to the council.
