We’re offering a combo of two small but lovely rooms in our cosy 3-person Clifton flat for a good price (£600 + bills).

This could work really well as a bedroom + your own separate study space. The location is amazing – just a short walk from the Downs, the train station, and local shops. Our flatmate is moving out, so we’re looking for someone to join our relaxed home.

The room is unfurnished but we have some furniture in the flat that the previous tenant is happy to sell on for a reasonable price.

We’re very chilled housemates – we mostly do our own thing but also enjoy the occasional cinema trip or going out for food. Alice is a postgraduate student at Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, and Josh is an accountant. Unfortunately there is no communal living room but there is a nice big table in the kitchen which we often sit around when cooking.

The deposit is £634, council tax is around £90p/m and bills on average come to around £90 p/m also.

The start date of June 13th is based on the contract but we can be flexible if you would like to move in earlier.
