Hiya! My name’s Sara and I’m looking for an LGBTQ roommate to join me in the Clifton Downs area.

About the apartment:
The sublet is for about 6 months (with a potential for extension)

The council tax band is D

The room is about 5.1m by 4.5m and unfurnished (but the rest of the apartment is furnished)

The apartment is just off of Whiteladies road and a 5 minute walk from Clifton Downs station

The bathroom is shared

There’s fiber internet

No smoking

No pets

The landlord is very reasonable but would like to meet you before you move in

The rent is £725 a month plus utilities, internet, and council tax (as a max I would say £1100 total)

About me: I’m in my mid 20’s and originally from the US. I have a hybrid role that sometimes takes me to Bridgwater but I work from home the majority of the time. I love to bake (and share!) and play piano in my freetime. I’m tidy especially in communal areas and would love to have a roommate that’s interested in the occasional meal, chatting in the kitchen, or watching something together, while still respecting each other’s space.
