We are a house of three, looking for a fourth housemate to come live in our lovely house as our current housemate is moving away. We’re looking for a female aged 25-32 and for the long-term. The tenancy will start from 4th July.

The available room is a quiet double bedroom overlooking the garden, on the top floor. Rent is £467.50 and bills are around £189 on top of rent. The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, small inbuilt wardrobe and chest of drawers, but there is room for more furniture for sure. The previous tenant worked from home with her desk at the window.

The house is spread across 3 floors. The ground floor has a large living room, spareroom/snug, a dining room, kitchen, toilet, storage/utility room (with room to dry clothes for all of us) and a nice sized garden. The middle floor is the chaps’ floor, with their two double bedrooms and own bathroom which you’re always welcome to use. The top floor is for us girls, with our own bathroom. One of us smokes outside in the garden as it’s a no-smoking house inside, so if you smoke you’re welcome to do so in the garden.

We are located just off the top of Whiteladies Road, with Clifton Downs at the end of our road. It takes around 30 minutes to walk down to the harbour/centre and we are very close to bus links and Clifton Down train station. We have parking if needed.

Lauren (28) is on the top floor too, she works from home as an administrator for a kidney charity. She keeps busy with dance classes, seeing live music, and planning her next trip. She would love to drag you along to a salsa social if that's your thing but is equally happy having a cosy evening catch up.

Ollie (29) works for the environment agency and is always the first to unload the dishwasher in the mornings. He loves an adventure and if you ever want to spend an evening going for an outdoor swim or partaking in casual triathlons, Ollie is your man. Ollie works either from home or from the office depending on the week.

Stu (31) is a television researcher for wildlife docs. He loves to surf and has a slight addiction to making surfboards. He works mostly from his office in town with occasional Fridays working from home. When Stu is not working, he is either taking friends to visit goats on the Downs or off on his travels somewhere.

As a house, some of us are in and around in the week and up for shared dinners and films, some are a bit more busy with work, life and travelling outside of Bristol here and there, but we all love coinciding for a catch up and to do nice house things when we can! We usually have quiet nights mid-week so someone who is also respectful of the house being a calm space, especially during the work week would be lovely.
