Double room

Hi everyone,
My name is Giuseppe and I’m 37. This room is in a shared 2 bedrooms flat in Clifton, located at the top of Park Street, near the Student Uni, 1 minute from the bus stop, really close to any amenities, Waitrose and Sainsbury’s just a stone away plenty of gyms, cafes and parks.
This lovely flat includes also: kitchen, living room(which we sometimes turn into a 3rd room to rent it out for very short terms, bathroom.
The building is very quiet and safe and includes CCTV.
Agency and property manager take care promptly of every issue that we have in the flat or home appliances that need to be replaced.
The room will be available ideally from the 20th of July, but if needed an earlier tenancy start date may be agreed and the third room can be used as a temporary solution till that date.
Existing furniture could be purchased.
