Double Room Available in Clifton

my current flatmate is moving out in september/late august so i’m looking for someone to take her place on the tenancy. the flat is just off the triangle in clifton and a 15 min walk to city centre and gloucester road/stokes croft. council tax is band b and EPC rating is C. the room is very spacious and can be unfurnished or furnished for an extra £150 apart from a mattress. depending on what you would rather as my current flatmate is happy to leave her furniture if needed. the rest of the flat is completely furnished by myself. rent is £675 not including bills and parking is available with a permit. a little bit about myself- i’m a 22 (almost 23) graduate working as a lab assistant at southmead hospital. i’m also a trainee lash and brow tech as well as dj and enjoy going to raves & to the pub on weekends when i’m not working . the flat is always kept tidy especially in communal areas. i’m a sociable person so would like to live with someone who is the same but i do also respect privacy and wanting time alone
