PhD Student Seeking New Flatmate from September

Hi, I'm Poppy (26F) and I’m looking for a new flatmate as my current housemate will be finishing her PhD and moving away from Bristol. Ideally, I'm looking for another postgraduate student to move in from September - the exact date can be quite flexible as my housemate is happy to move out any time in September.

The flat is a bright, recently refurbished two-bedroom flat in Clifton, so very close to most University buildings and also only about 15 minutes walk to the downs.

The available bedroom is very spacious. It is unfurnished, but my current housemate may be selling some of her furniture when she moves out. The flat has a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom.

Rent is £750 per month with bills usually around £80.

I'm PhD student studying tropical forest biodiversity, and I'll be going into the final year of my PhD in September. I'll be spending a lot of time writing up my thesis, so I'm hoping to find someone who also appreciates a reasonably quiet, tidy home.

I enjoy cooking, painting, films, pub quizzes, and badminton. I am happy to spend some time with flatmates, but equally happy if you prefer to keep to yourself.
