Cozy Room in Clifton – near Whiteladies Rd!

Hi! I’m looking for a professional female to take over the second room in my flat here in Clifton. My current flatmate is moving out in August because of a change in her work commute, so the room will be available from August 4th.

The room is a single room and will be unfurnished for your move-in. The flat itself has a relaxed feel with a cozy living space and a balcony that gets good use during the warmer months.

The Location :
We are right by the Bristol Lido, so everything is within walking distance.
-6 minutes to M&S on Whiteladies Road.
-9 minutes to Sainsbury’s and Clifton Down station.
-Plenty of great cafes and restaurants right on our doorstep.

About Me:
I’m a full-time professional working Monday to Friday. In my free time, I enjoy music, singing, yoga, meditation, water sports, and cooking.

I’d love to have a housemate who is friendly and up for going out for together from time to time, but who also values having their own space. It’s important to me that we both feel comfortable and at home here, so I’m looking for someone who appreciates a peaceful, quiet environment where we can respect each other’s privacy.

Rent & Bills:
The rent is £562 per month. With bills included, the total comes to around £750–£760 during the summer months. We will be splitting the bills between us, so please keep in mind that these costs can be a bit higher during the winter.
