Double room in Clifton Village

Hi everyone! We are looking for someone to move into our 3 bedroom house in Clifton as our current housemate is moving out. The room will be available from the end of July but possibly sooner.

The room is £550 without bills which normally come to around £120 per month. It’s a cosy room in an ideal location close to the suspension bridge and in the heart of Clifton Village. We have a great landlord who is always quick to fix any issues. Due to the size of the room it wouldn’t be suitable for someone who WFH.

There is a permit available for on street parking if you have a car.

A little bit about us - I work for a Housing Association and Jo works in Environmental Consultancy. We both work 8:30-4:30 so are looking for a young professional with similar working patterns. It’s our home and we’re looking for someone who’s friendly, clean and sociable who is happy to share a relaxed and respectful home! We spend a mix of time together in the house but also respect each others down time. We enjoy going out for walks and running. It would be lovely to find someone who enjoys a coffee, pub trip, or catch-up in the evenings, while also appreciating each other’s own space and routines.
