Lovely cosy flat in Clifton

Hi! I’ve just moved into this cosy apartment in Clifton, and am looking for a lovely flatmate to come and help me make it a proper home!
The room advertised is very spacious, unfurnished, and has a modern ensuite bathroom (air mattress in photos is queen-sized and there to help see scale of room). I have been furnishing the communal areas myself (almost finished), but you are also welcome to bring communal items if you’d like.
White goods are included including a large dishwasher!
The apartment is in an amazing location just off of Whiteladies Road and provides easy access to the city centre, many nearby cute cafes and restaurants, as well as the Downs.
The property has a bike shed, and resident parking permits are also available on request.
Council Tax Code B.
Move in date would ideally be the 8th of July, but this can be flexible.

About me:
I am a 31 year old Resident doctor from London. I’m pretty artsy and love painting and going to art galleries on days off. I also love yoga, singing, dancing, going on nature walks, and playing board games with friends. Queer friendly. I’m also in a bit of a hosting era and love having people over for dinner (partly to give me an excuse to use my fondue set!).

About you:
I’m looking for another woman aged 28-35. I’d really love to live with someone sociable and friendly who wants to make this a home together, opposed to living completely separate lives.
