Double Room Whiteladies Road Clifton

Sadly I am moving out of my house at the top of Whiteladies Road, as I am moving to London, so I am looking for someone to replace me!

It’s a good-sized double. Technically it’s unfurnished, but I’m happy to discuss selling some of my furniture (bed, mattress, chest of drawers and a clothes rail) price is up for discussion!

Rent is £620 a month, with bills on top at around £120–150 (energy, water, broadband, council tax). Move-in is flexible anywhere from the end of July through to late August.

There are five of us in the house all young professionals age 24–26, you’ll be sharing with Zach (Architect), Will (Recruitment), Aidan (Engineer) and Tallula (Trainee Lawyer). The dynamic of the house is a good balance between having our private lives and going out for a pub trip, watch a movie, go for a hike or as of recently some have taken up cycling.

Location-wise it’s hard to beat, the Downs are right there, and the Triangle and town are an easy walk or quick bus down the hill.

As for who we’re after, just someone laid-back and easy to live with. We’d ideally like a girl to keep the balance, but mostly we just want someone that will fit into the dynamic of the house.
