Double bed in two bed flat

Hi! I’m looking for a friendly, tidy housemate to share my two-bedroom flat, just a short walk from Clifton Village, the Harbourside and The Triangle.

I’ve lived here for almost a year and absolutely love the location, it’s the perfect balance of being close to everything whilst still feeling relaxed and homely. The landlords live in the flat downstairs and are really lovely, approachable and easy-going.

A little about me: I’m a sociable, easy-going professional who enjoys a mix of keeping busy and relaxing at home. I love, trying new restaurants and coffee spots/pub, and spending time with friends. I enjoy the very occasional cosy evening in watching films or TV, but I also appreciate having our own space and independence.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, considerate and friendly , someone who would enjoy the odd catch-up over a coffee, glass of wine or dinner, while also respecting each other’s space and routines.

The room is available from 1st August.
