The flat sits within a quiet residential area, and has access to a communal green space. The house is a 5-minute walk to the Clifton Downs and Clifton Suspension Bridge. University of Bristol is a 25-minute walk, and also accessible via a bus stop 3 minutes away from the accommodation. The house has free parking at the back and free roadside parking at the front of the property.
The property is currently inhabited by 3 Masters students studying Palaeontology, and 1 Law Graduate. We have lived together for the past 3 years, and the house environment is very friendly and sociable. We enjoy getting to know new people and spending time outdoors.
