Hi! My housemate is sadly moving out at the end of the month and I’m looking for someone to replace her.
The room is a double room and furnished, it’s not en suite but you would have a separate bathroom right infront of the room.
Bills aren’t included in the price (only water bills are), they’re typically not super expensive as we pay £60-70 each for electricity, £20 for wifi and then £140 for council tax.
I’m preferably looking for a professional who works from their office and not from
home all week!
The house is in a lovely condition and great area, even though it’s a busy area it doesn’t get too loud.
