I am the owner of a recently refurbished 2 bed flat in the heart of Clifton Village.

The property is fully furnished and ready to move in. All bills included, inc. fast internet, gas, electric. You will have a double room with a double bed (with bedding provided if that is your preference), desk and wardrobe. The rest of the flat is communal and there will be cutlery and crockery available for use if required.

Although the room itself isn't ensuite, there are two bathrooms, one of which can be your own space. This will be the separate cloak room and shower room. Both bathrooms have smart toilets with a bidet function.

I do travel quite a bit for work, which means there is a huge chance you'll have the flat to yourself on multiple occasions. Saying that, I am looking for a respectful, clean and considerate flatmate, non smokers only.
