I'm a 27-year-old professional looking for two social, easygoing flatmates (roughly around the same age) to move in and make a place feel like home.
A little bit about me I like pub trips, casual drinks, exploring local spots, and night out. Also, love cosy nights in and having a quiet place to recharge. I like keeping shared areas clean, comfortable, and stress-free without being overly strict about it. I'm looking for two females in their mid to late 20s or early 30s and working professionals only.

There are two double bed rooms available fully furnished:
- Room 1 is £650 a month not including bills - Room is bigger
- Room 2 is £600 a month not including bills- Room is slightly smaller

Bills including wifi, council tax, water, gas, electricity, tv licence.
On average the bills between three come to £163 each.

Just wanted to make you aware we are doing a make over to the flat including painting, new furniture and overall look. So it will look totally different to the pictures currently. We are thinking to be complete with everything by the 19th of September, so that will be the move in date.
