Double room in Clifton 2-bed

My flatmate Liv is moving out of our 2-bed 1st floor flat in Clifton in September so I’m looking on behalf of the estate agents to see if it’s possible to replace her as I’d like to keep living here for the meantime.

About me: I’m a railway signalling engineer working just outside Bristol (WFH 2-3 days a week), having moved to Bristol about 5 years ago. I spend my spare time cooking, watching films in watershed and am currently trying to get back into running and salsa after a bit of a hiatus. I’m also into going to raves and festivals with friends but sadly don’t do it as much as I used to 🥲
In case you have a dietary preference I am a pescatarian (I’m not bothered if you eat meat)

About you: I’m looking for someone who wants to be fairly social at home, watching a film together every now and then, sometimes cooking together, complaining about that one colleague etc. I do appreciate a 2 person flat can be a bit intense so the silver lining is that when I’m out you’ll have the whole place to yourself!

Bills pcm:
Council Tax: £90
Gas+Electric: ~£50
Internet: £30 (can be £15 if you’re happy to sign a 12-18 month contract with VM)
Water: ~£20 (~£120 paid 6-monthly)

The technical details:
This will be a new tenancy agreement for the whole flat starting on 1st Oct 27 where you and I will sign and be jointly liable for rent etc.
Internet is good enough for both of us to WFH.
NO parking permit is available.
The bedroom is UNFURNISHED, there is a sofa bed in the living room that you can have to yourself for the first few days if you need time to find a bed/furniture.
Feel free to move your stuff into the living room before the actual commencement of the tenancy.
Depending on when Liv is able to move out in September you may be able to move in before 1st October.
