SUBLET - Lovely Cliftonwood house until 24th Aug

Hi! My name is Kate and I am subletting my room in this beautiful house located in 28 Cliftonwood Crescent from 28th July until 24th August since I have already moved out but i still have my tendency until then!

I lived with one other housemate but she’s currently not in the country until September, so you could have the entire house by yourself! I have everything in this house ready for you to move in straight away - there’s a big living area with the balcony view of the harbour side and the famous SS Great Britain (can also see it from the bedroom)! And a separate kitchen, a bathroom for just yourself and a big bedroom with a double bed! There’s also a parking space for people who are driving.

This is perfect for people or couples who are just travelling to Bristol or students who need a place to stay before the term starts. I could provide the bedding for the bedroom for you to move in straight, and feel free to use the dishwasher and washing machine (the cleaning equipment is also provided)!

I can do viewing most of the time if you want! And looking forward to see you!
