Room for rent!

We have a double bedroom in our lovely Clifton village flat available from 4th September!

We’re a social bunch and we often eat dinner or watch tv together in the evenings during the week. We also like going to the pub, the cinema, checking out Bristol's various music venues, and cooking for each other every now and then. We’re looking for someone friendly, tidy and laid back who will fit in with our vibe and treat the house like their home.

The bedroom has space for a desk and the flat is split level over 2 floors with 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms. It's in a really nice location next to the suspension bridge with lots of cafes/shops/supermarket round the corner.

Boring bits -
Bills are around £150 a month. To pass the landlord's referencing checks you have to be on a salary of at least £24k and be over 26.
