Double Room for lodger in Clifton

Hello!

I'm looking for a lodger to rent my spare double room in Clifton from the beginning of December. Happy to consider short term lets, message me to discuss.

My place is a recently decorated ground floor flat with a shared bathroom and fully equipped kitchen plus access to a living/dining space. There's a washing machine available for use.

The room is fully furnished with plenty of storage. It would suit a clean, quiet and respectful professional person. Happy to consider post grad students and if you need to work from home a couple of days in the month that's fine.

As I'm a lifelong vegan the person would also be vegan/veggie - no meat/fish in the house please.

2 minutes walk to Whiteladies Road and Clifton Triangle
10 minutes walk to Clifton Down Station

Parking nearby is free after 5pm or 9pm

All bills included, including Sky Broadband
