Bright Really Big Double Room just off Whitladies

Hiya, we've got a lovely ginormous room available in our 3-bed, top-floor flat as our current flatmate has brought a house.

You'll be sharing with me, Mark (30M), and Alex (29M). We're both engineering PhD students, and would prefer another PhD student.

Outside of work, we're both keen tennis players and enjoy cooking and grabbing a beer.

The room technically comes unfurnished but you will most likely be able to buy some furniture off of our old flatmate Elizabeth including the bed and some storage.

We all share a bathroom and an open-plan living and kitchen area, which we try to keep clean and tidy. The flat is just off Whiteladies, near the BBC. Super well located to walk around Bristol! It's about 20mins on foot to the harbourside and to Clifton village. If you have a car, there's usually plenty of on-street parking, you'd just need to buy the yearly licence.

We’re looking for someone friendly and tidy to join us on the 7th of September (though there might be the opportunity to move in a couple of weeks earlier).

Rent is £644 per month and bills tend to come to around £150 each per month. The deposit is 5 weeks worth of rent, and our landlord will run reference checks and arrange a tenancy hand over with you.
