Double Room Available Top of Whiteladies Road

We have a furnished double room available from 9th of September in a fantastic house at the top of Whiteladies Road, just a stone’s throw from the Downs.

The room is on the top floor, overlooking Whiteladies Road. While it's one of the smaller rooms in the house, it comfortably fits a double bed and comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. There is also space to put some furniture on the landing if you wanted more room.

The house itself is spacious and well-equipped, featuring:
* Two bathrooms
* A large, comfortable living room
* A good-sized kitchen
* Indoor bike storage space downstairs

You'd be sharing with three housemates:
* Isaac, who works at the University of Bristol
* Eliane, an ecologist
* Me, a domestic violence support worker

Eliane and I only moved in around 2-3 months ago, so you'll be joining a household that's recently welcomed some new faces. We're a welcoming household who enjoy a chat but also respect each other's space. We like to keep the house reasonably clean and tidy, so we'd love to hear from someone with a similar outlook.

The property is Council Tax Band D. Rent includes the water bill, but energy and internet costs are paid separately.
