We have 2 large bedrooms one available on 1st September and another one on 8th September in Hotwells for professional tenants.

Due to it being a Georgian property, all rooms are larger than average double bedrooms. They are all furnished with comfortable double bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside table and plenty of storage space.

We have a large open plan kitchen/diner/living room. Our kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, two frost fridge freezers, conventional oven, hobs, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. There are lots of drawers and cupboards for storage.

There are three bathrooms (one on each floor) for you to share. Each bathroom is fitted with a large walk-in shower.

All utility bills and council tax are included in the rent as well as TV licence and high speed broadband.

We would like our tenants to keep the house clean and tidy and we also have a cleaner who will come fortnightly to clean all communal area.
