Double Room in large, mixed, shared Clifton home.

This room is the smallest of the 5 in the house and is on the 2nd floor along side two other bedrooms and a bathroom. The rent in comparison to the other rooms has been set relative to its size.

The house has always been a mixed group of men and women, this time we are looking for a girl to keep the balance. Guys are welcome to message too. PhD students are welcome to message provided you’re willing to pay council tax.

We all really appreciate cleanliness especially in the kitchen and communal areas. We keep on top of this with a cleaning rota so no one person ends up doing more than they should.

You will get two large cupboards, one above the counters and one below. We have two fridges we and shared, getting a shelf or two each.

We are a mixed group of young professionals working in law, engineering, animal welfare science, chef, beautician etc. we have similar schedules and therefore are often cooking at the same time to then enjoy a meal together around the table.

The person leaving is one of the guys.
