He works from home and travels for cases. Joe has been a great flatmate and is good company. The flat is available to both young professionals and postgraduate students.

The location is outstanding, directly opposite Victoria Square and just steps from Clifton Village, with excellent transport connections to the city centre and Bristol Temple Meads.

While technically unfurnished, much of the furniture shown in the photos will remain, including the sofa, dining table, and bookcases. Your room includes the bed and spacious built-in wardrobes. The remaining items in the bedroom are mine and will be removed.

Practical details: off-street parking is available on a first-come basis, plus there's a secure garage. Rent is £750 per calendar month, with bills averaging around £250 per person monthly (includes gas & electricity, water, council tax and WiFi) though these vary seasonally. The flat is Council Tax Band D.
