Room available in Clifton flat

Hi all!

We're looking for a new roommate to move in with us as one of our roommates is sadly moving a month from now. The room pictured above is available from September 28th, although it could start as late as October 8th if needed. All the furniture in the room is available if you'd like it.

We're 1 male and 2 females all in professional type roles in our mid-late twenties. We're looking for someone similar to fit in with us. Ideally it would be a male to keep the balance 2/2. We like to occasionally hang out, but also like our own space from time to time. The flat is in great shape; there are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large kitchen/dining area. And we have the garden all to ourselves.

Bills aren't included in the rent, but average out to around 150 (including council tax).
