A double room in our 3 bed maisonette is available from 27th September.
The first floor flat is spread across 2 floors and has 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a large lounge/kitchen and a balcony.
The room has a south facing window and comes with a bed and mattress, and has a large built in wardrobe but is otherwise unfurnished.
The location is ideal, a quiet road between Pembroke road and Whiteladies. We're a 5 minute walk from Clifton Down station and whiteladies. 10/15 min walk up to the downs.
We're two girls, working in law and environment and both WFH sometimes. We're looking for someone thats clean, kind and considerate.
Council tax is about £75. Gas, electricity, water and WiFi have come to about £65 each over the summer (but likely will go up as we go into winter). On street parking is available with a permit.
