Luxury immaculate double bedroom and en-suite bathroom, within a 10 minute walk to central Bristol within a very secure apartment block, with CCTV throughout. The entire flat has been recently renovated to a very high standard, including new bathrooms, kitchen, floor, electrics and heating system. It is immaculately well organised and clean, light, airy, and spacious, and I keep this to a very high standard. The en-suite double room is at the back of the flat with an accessible bathroom and waterfall shower, with a lockable door from the inside. I have a high speed wifi connection, and two wifi points both in the lounge, and one in the guest bedroom. 

The en-suite double room is within an apartment I live with my partner (and have been living for three years), and the rest of the spaces you will have access to and share with me, including an open-plan living room with views of Bristol harbourside and SS Great Britain and a well-equipped kitchen and dining room. 

There are buses on the same road as the flat that take you directly to the coach station, train station, airport and many parts of the city. The city centre is also a 10 minute walk - this really is a fantastic location. 

I'm a very experienced host and have been hosting for 10 years, having hosted through Quest Guardians (hosting Chinese students), Bristol Language Centre (hosting international students), Airbnb and Theatre Digs. I really enjoy sharing my home with people and would love to welcome a student into my home a long-term basis : ). Me and my partner have also just had enhanced DBS checks through Quest Guardians which we are very happy to provide evidence of, and references from hosting organisations if you would like these. 

I work for the NHS in Bristol City Centre, and my partner manages a studio at the Watershed Cinema in the city centre and is a musician. We're a warm, friendly couple who are sociable and also very chilled and happy to have our own quiet time too.
