We’re looking for a new flatmate to join us in our lovely, spacious 3-bed top floor flat in Clifton (see video of room available)!

⭐️ We’re looking for someone to move in as soon as possible, from the end of September onwards.

⭐️ Rent - £700/pcm
⭐️ Bills - ~£250/pcm

⭐️ Parking - on road, permitted

A stones throw from Whiteladies Rd/ Clifton Down Station on one side, and Clifton Village on the other.

⭐️ About us:

We’re Emma and Lucy, both 26 and working professionals, mainly based in the office during the week. We’re pretty easy-going and sociable, and looking for someone who’s similar!

Outside of work, we both love getting outdoors walking, running and cycling but we also love time at home and a cosy night in! We’re not really big on nights out anymore, but still keen for the occasional boogie!!

We’re both quite independent during the week but also enjoy hanging out together too, so would be nice to find someone who’s up for the occasional brunch or dinner, walk, pub trip, girly movie night etc.
