Flatmate wanted 1st Nov 2026, 1 year contract

I’m Imo and I need a new flatmate in this gorgeousss flat in Clifton village on Victoria square. I’ve been here for 3 years and it’s such a fab location, it’s just me you’ll be sharing with :)

Key details:
- £1050 inc. bills (everything comes out of my account, happy to share the breakdown of everything!). This includes: water, electricity, gas, council tax, wifi + TV.
- The flat is for sale, but once the tenancy is signed, we’ll have a year’s guaranteed here due to new tenancy laws.
- Tenancy starts Nov. 1st 2026
- Furnished, double room. Living room and kitchen are super spacious and light! Separate toilet and bathroom.
- Property is on the zero deposit scheme. Please give it a google, it’s great.
- Girls only (sorry boys). Would ideally like someone similar age and also a working professional. No couples/pets/smokers please.

I’m 26 & super into sports: keen trail runner, road cyclist & skier. Would love someone also into sports but of course not a dealbreaker!

I work from home 3-4 days a week, but am out doing something (e. g. exercising, out with friends, the pub) most evenings. I love socialising, so again would love someone similar but also not a dealbreaker.
