Move in available from October - can be flexible!

A room has become available in our 4 bed/1 bathroom second floor Clifton village flat. The room is technically unfurnished but there will be a bed & mattress and a wardrobe left from the previous tenant. The room doesn't fit a desk, so its best suited for someone who works in office or hybrid, as we'll be sharing the desks we have. There is space for one bike and we have a tumble dryer.

The living room is very cosy and has a large sofa bed and a dining table - we’ve made this place a home so feel free to add your own knickknacks!

Rent - 650 pcm
Bills - around 150 pcm

ABOUT US
You will be sharing with 3 girls: Heather, Becca and Florine.

Heather is 29 and a civil servant. She enjoys being active, whether that's yoga, barre, pilates or dancing! She loves music and most months her paycheck is spent attending gigs, concerts and raves.

Becca is 27 and a PhD at Bristol uni. She's veggie and when she's done complaining about her experiments, you'll find her hiking, running, cycling, climbing or generally staring at her equipment stash lovingly.

Florine is 28, works in University admissions and is the proud owner/caretaker of the plants in the living room. She is vegan and likes crafting, festivals and a swim.

We're all friends and sociable people, and although we have our independent hobbies, we often spend our time together in the living room rather than in our own rooms. So we're looking for someone who is up for a chat and to spend time with us as well!

What we're looking for in a flatmate
- Someone planning on staying long term
- Most of us don't eat meat, so we're ideally looking for someone similar.
- No couples
- Friendly, respectful, looking for a home not just a place to live etc etc
- Bonus points if you want to join us watching stupid films

We'll be doing viewings on Tuesday 22, Wednesday 23 and Thursday 24 September but we can be flexible for the right person, just give us a shout! :)
