We’re two female professionals aged 24 and 27 looking for another female professional to replace our current housemate Hattie from 25th October in our lovely flat in Clifton, less than a 5-minute walk from Whiteladies Road.
* 🛏️ Fully furnished double room with two shared bathrooms (1 bath/shower)
* 💷 Rent: £735/month, bills excluded
* 💡 Bills average around £180/month
* 📍 Great location in Clifton, just off Whiteladies Road with views of Clifton College
* 📅 Available from 25th October for 2 months minimum
* 📝 Current tenancy runs until 24th December, with the possibility to stay on indefinitely afterwards
If you choose to stay beyond December, you would take over the tenancy and be responsible for finding two additional housemates to replace us.
