Room available near Lido in Clifton

We're Katie and Nina and we're looking for a third flatmate for the flat we're moving into at the end of September. The flat is split across multiple floors and has three bedrooms, a separate kitchen/diner and living room and a bathroom to be shared between two of the bedrooms. There is also a patio which is accessible through one of the bedrooms. We have videos of all the room so can't upload them all but can share them if you're interested in finding out more about the property.

The rent would be £780 per month (inc. water bill and council tax) and the deposit is £1000. The previous tenants have left some furniture but there are things to get as house or you can bring your own if you prefer. We're open to a girls or mixed house but are looking for someone who would want to be friends, have occasional shared dinners or evenings in but also totally respect everyone's own space and interests.

About us - Katie grew up near Bristol but has spent the last 2.5 years travelling. She is a primary school teacher and in her spare time loves to explore different places, read, try restaurants, go to events and festivals or go for walks with a pub lunch.

Nina has lived in Bristol for over 5 years and works in public health, so she'll be in the office a few days a week or out at community events. She enjoys all things outdoors - hiking, camping and trail running as well as pub drinks and finding new foodie places.
