A furnished double room in my two-bedroom flat on the second floor of a listed late-Georgian terrace, in the heart of Clifton Village. Shops, cafés etc. are all a few minutes' walk. Easy to walk into city centre, University of Bristol campuses and BRI.

I live here, but I spend a good part of the week at my partner's nearby, so in practice you'll have the flat to yourself much of the time. My own bedroom stays mine; the rest is shared — living room, kitchen and bathroom.

£900 per month, bills included: council tax, gas, electricity, water and broadband (subject to reasonable fair-use). Deposit £900. Available from 01 October.

The flat: furnished living room / kitchen with washer/dryer / bathroom with bath and shower. Gas central heating with a new boiler. Council Tax Band B.

Would suit a single professional or postgraduate who's tidy, considerate and mostly out during weekdays. Sole occupancy only — no couples, and overnight guests occasionally by prior agreement. No smoking or pets

Initial minimum of 3 months, then rolling monthly with one month's notice either side. References and ID required.
