Small Double Bedroom to Rent – Clifton Village

Small double bedroom with plenty of storage available in a 2-bedroom flat in Clifton Village.

I’m looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful lodger to share my home with. This is my home, so I’m looking for someone who will treat the flat with care but also make the place feel like their home too.

A bit about me -

I work as a Cyber Security Manager on a remote contract. I do travel fairly regularly for work, but I’m working from home the majority of the time.

During the week, my life is generally pretty quiet and I’ll usually be at the gym, training or heading out for dinner with friends. Weekends are spent seeing family and friends and adding in the odd adventure.

Because I work from home most of the time, I’m ideally looking for someone who is out at work 4–5 days a week. I think this would suit someone who is happy having a relaxed, quiet home during the week.

The flat -

The flat is in Clifton Village, with plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants and bars nearby.

There are two communal outdoor spaces, a roof terrace and a courtyard.

There is also a sheltered bike storage area next to the courtyard, so there’s somewhere secure to keep a bike.

Parking permits are available, and I believe these are currently around £250 per year.

I’m also happy to cover the cost of household toiletries and cleaning essentials as part of the arrangement, including things like toilet roll and cleaning products.

Who I’m looking for

Someone who is:

• Clean and tidy
• Respectful of the fact that this is my home, but also wants to make this feel like their home too
• Independent and happy doing their own thing
• Ideally working from an office/workplace 4–5 days a week
