I am sadly moving out of our gorgeous Georgian flat to move to London.
The room comfortably fits a king sized bed, chest of drawers and additional storage, and have a lovely sash window looking over Clifton Village. It is an east facing bedroom so gets the morning light.
The flat is a three bed with a large shared lounge, lovely kitchen (with window seat) and a shared bathroom.
You will be sharing with two lovely housemates (25 and 28). Looking for someone of a similar age to move in and to join in with activities, the odd dinner night and socialising on weekends too!
No remote working, and preferably no wfh please.
There is not allocated parking, but you can apply for a CV parking permit.
They will be hosting viewings from 5th-8th October in the evenings.
