Double room available in 3 bed Clifton flat

Hello, our flatmate is moving out at the end of October and we are looking for someone to replace her.

It’s a light and spacious double room in a three bed flat in Clifton. The flat is in a quiet area, within a short walk of Clifton Down train station and buses into the centre, a big Sainsbury’s, as well as restaurants and nightlife on Whiteladies Rd. The room has plenty of storage space and nice high ceilings. The flat also has two toilets (1 x water closet, 1 x proper bathroom), a kitchen (with a washing machine) and a living room. On-street parking is available with a permit. If that wasn’t enough, our dining room table also converts into a snooker table!

Rent is £710 per calendar month. We are in council tax band D which at the moment is about £75 per month each. Other bills come to around £40-70 on top of that.

Libby – 23, graphic designer. Enjoys hiking, climbing and being creative. Works from home ~2 days a week.
