Double Room in Clifton 2 Bed

A room is going in the flat I rent as my housemate has managed to buy a property. The location is fantastic, making it viable to walk to most places in the centre.

You’ll be living with yours truly. I work at the Bristol Museum and Art Gallery/M Shed as an AV Technician (projectors/computers/speakers etc), which keeps me rather busy nowadays, but I also like to go out for a drink or disappear with friends/solo to go camping/hiking/road tripping round the UK’s national parks.

Naturally I’m pretty interested in the arts/culture/history, and like watching films from time to time (hence the projector in the lounge). I play video games occasionally, though I prefer to go out or sit and watch something nowadays. I occasionally work from home, but more often than not I’m in the office from around 9:15am-6:15pm most days.

We don’t have to be the best of friends or hang out often, though I’m open to it if there’s good rapport, but equally I don’t want to feel like I live with someone that doesn’t ever want to have a conversation. I’m also keen on people feeling able to have their own space to recharge, as I tend to need space to rest after work nowadays. Cleaning-wise, I don’t want a clean freak, but equally I don’t want someone that leaves dirty plates in the sink for days.

Not a party house, but I’m happy with evening stuff from time to time. People staying over to sleep is obviously fine, but if they need to sleep in the lounge I’d want to know in advance, only so I don’t get a jump whilst fetching my morning coffee!

It’s available from the start of November, though there can be a bit of flex in the date if required.

Bills are about £186 a month.

Smokers are ok, but should go without saying, no smoking inside the flat.
