Room in Clifton Village

Room becoming available in a lovely modern apartment in the centre of Clifton Village. Newly refurbished, two bedroom flat with a shared kitchen living area and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

You will be sharing with my lovely current flatmate. She is 25, and a paralegal originally from London. She’s looking for a clean and tidy flatmate who’s friendly but also respects each other’s space. She spends a few weekends a month travelling back to London, so you do get the flat to yourself occasionally!

Bills usually come to around £200 or slightly less per month including council tax. Our agency wants the move-in date to be the start of a new tenancy month, so we are looking for someone to move in on either the 22nd October or November.
