Two Double Rooms in Clifton Village x

2 girls looking for two housemates to replace our friends who are moving out :((

About the rooms: two very large double rooms on the top floor of the house, large shared landing space outside rooms for coats/shoes/miscellaneous. Rent is £687.50 and bills are around £135 on top currently (gas and elec has been known to vary) - both rooms are identical/mirrored & both are technically unfurnished but one current housemate is willing to sell their furniture for a (reduced) price if wanted x

About the house: 4 bed, 2 bathrooms, large shared living room, separate kitchen and large roof terrace

About the area: we live in the heart of Clifton village so know all the best coffee and wine spots 🍷 - the second and third parking permits will be available if needed but it’s fairly busy on-street parallel parking (think it’s around £200 a year for the second and £500 for the third)

About us: we are Lucy (28) and Mia (28), two working professionals with very standard 9-5 roles so would be nice to have someone with a similar schedule. Unfortunately we’ve grown out of our clubbing every weekend phase but are very partial to a bottle of wine / bar / boogie. We are simply just girls that enjoy makeup, acotar, tiktok, yapping, crafting, off campus and buying things we don’t need :) we also met on spare room!!

About you: we’re ideally looking for a friend as well as a housemate that would be happy to socialise / do group things as a house every now and again. Similar ages preferred and girls only!
