Lovely double room in a friendly flat🏡💕

I’m looking for two lovely new housemates to join me in our flat just off Whiteladies Road! My current flatmates are moving out to explore a different part of Bristol, but I absolutely love the flat and the area, so I’m hoping to find two new people to make it feel like home!

🏡 The flat

We’re on the second floor overlooking Whiteladies Road, with a spacious open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, perfect for spending time together. There’s a large shared bathroom with a bath and shower, plenty of storage, and a fully equipped kitchen. The flat is also well insulated, so stays lovely and cosy in winter!

The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table, with space for a desk too.

📍 Location

The location is fantastic! We’re right by Apsley Road bus stop and Clifton Down train station, with the Downs just a five-minute walk away. There are plenty of lovely cafés, pubs, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, but the flat itself is accessed from a quiet cobbled road.

💷 Rent and bills

Rent is £716.16 per month, plus approximately £150 maximum per person for council tax, utilities and Wi-Fi, depending on usage.

💕 Who I’m looking for

Ideally, I’d love to find two friendly, easy-going girls who are young professionals and want a home rather than just somewhere to sleep!

I’m a young professional who loves cooking, baking, socialising and a cosy night in. I’d really like housemates who are up for the occasional film night, getting into a series together over a cuppa or glass of wine, sharing a meal or heading to the pub!

I’d love us to be friends rather than just ships passing in the night, while equally respecting everyone’s independence and personal space. I enjoy having friends over for dinner and drinks, but I’m not looking for a party flat.

Ultimately, I’d love to create a warm, relaxed and sociable home where everyone feels comfortable. 💛
