Double room to rent in a 3 bed flat in Clifton, just off Whiteladies Road and a 5 minute walk to the Downs. Rent is £750 per month not including bills, but these come to around £155 per month. All the bills are already set up so it would just be a case of swapping you in!

I have had a lovely 2 years living in this flat but I am moving out as I am relocating. The two other girls are 23 year old working professionals in 9-5 jobs. The girls are clean, tidy, respectful and super friendly. They're interested in Sometimes we do things together as a group e. g. watching films in the living room or going out to the pub, but we also respect each other's space and privacy too. The girls have a wide range of interests such as sports and fitness, baking, coffee shops and pub nights, although we don't go crazy so this flat wouldn't work for someone who wants to party a lot!

There are 3 other flats in the building and we have a group chat to communicate about building-related things - these people are all really friendly and there is never any noise coming from the other flats.

The flat is a great size (consists of a large stairway entrance and landing with storage, separate living room, kitchen, shared bathroom and 3 bedrooms. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer in the flat too.

There is plenty of on-street parking, although this would require a permit. Both girls have a parking permit so if you would like one too the third permit is around £560 for the year or around £140 for 3 months at a time.

Our landlord has been great (which is rare I feel!) and has been keen to help with any issues we have and has been open to discussions etc.
