Large Double Room in Clifton Village

I’m looking for a new flatmate to move into my 2-bed flat in Clifton Village! The flat has recently had a brand-new kitchen, and I’m looking for someone who will make it feel like a home rather than just somewhere to live. The room is a large double with built in wardrobes. Rent is £900 per month plus bills - the room is available from 7th December but there might be some flexibility.

The flat is in Clifton Village, which is such a lovely area to live in. There are loads of cute coffee shops, pubs, restaurants and plus lovely walks nearby and the Suspension Bridge.

I’m 27 and work full-time. Outside of work, I love catching up with friends, going for coffee, trying new places, shopping, going on walks and having cosy nights in. I enjoy having a balance of being sociable and having my own time, but I’d love to live with someone who I can have a chat with after work, watch a film with or occasionally go out for a drink or dinner.

I’m looking for a female around a similar age who works full-time, is friendly, clean and considerate.
