Two rooms in beautiful Clifton flat

Two of our lovely flatmates are moving out and we have two double rooms available in our 4 person flat. Each room comes furnished with bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. The rooms vary in size - one is smaller but has an adjoining walk in wardrobe and the other has this within the room. Both also have room for desks and other bits and bobs too!

The rooms are part of a second floor 4 bed flat with one shared bathroom. It has a large kitchen living room which is really lovely, bright and cosy! The flat is located near the triangle in Clifton, close to supermarkets, gyms, restaurants and bars. It is also close to Whiteladies and Gloucester Road so very easy to get around and out and about from!

We are currently a house share made up of two friends -
- Sophie is 28 and works as a speech therapist in Bristol. She likes knitting and general crafting, running, walking and generally being outside!
- Jess is 32 and works as an Accountant in Bath. She loves reading, games, and musicals.
We both hang out in the flat and would be looking for other like minded people to join us who’d be up for hanging out! We like to do cozy activities such as catching up on shows like Traitors. If you like the show return to paradise even better!

The boring bit - rent. For the small room it is 615.50 per month and the larger room is 667.50 per month. This is not including bills, which come to around £100 a month. Both rooms are available to be moved into from 1st December!
