Double bedroom in Clifton

Hi, I’m Martha (35) and I’m looking for a clean, kind, and considerate housemate (ideally around a similar age, non smoker and doesn't work from home) to share my lovely top floor, two bedroom flat in Clifton. £650 rent pcm. Total cost approx £900 pcm incl bills. Council tax band D.

I have an unfurnished double bedroom with exclusive use of the main bathroom (I have an ensuite). The flat is a homely, cosy space with a bright spacious living room, private balcony, a lockable bike shed, and access to a gorgeous gated communal garden just a minute away to which I have a membership. 7-8 minute walk to Clifton Village, Whiteladies Road, and Queens Road. On street permit parking is available.

I work full time on a shift pattern (socialble hours and includes every other weekend). Having lived in Bristol for 8 years, I love exploring the city, photography, painting, antiques, music, and travelling. Im a huge foodie who loves to cook and going out for dinner and a cocktail. If I'm not out and about with friends and family I will be happily enjoying a night on the sofa with a movie or a good Netflix documentary.

In an ideal world I would like to find someone who is looking for somewhere long term but would consider someone looking for a minimum of 3 months for the meantime.

I’d love a home where we respect each other's downtime but can happily share a meal or a Hugo Spritz whenever our schedules align. If this sounds like a good fit, please get in touch :)
