Hello!
My husband and I are looking to rent out the loft room in our house to a professional or postgrad, weekdays only Monday to Friday.
The set up is a bit like a studio flat. The large double bedroom is furnished and has an en-suite bathroom, desk, fridge, combi oven/microwave, and kettle. Because the loft room has these pieces of equipment, there is no use of the kitchen or any other room in the house. Access available to washing machine. All bills and Wi-Fi are included. On-street parking can be arranged. There is a cleaner fortnightly.
Our house is in a lovely quiet backwater of Clifton, on the hill between Clifton Village and Hotwells - ideal for enjoying Clifton Village life, while being easy walking distance to the harbour and city centre.
