I have a double room available in my large, first floor flat in Clifton that will be available from 1st July 2026 but there can be a little bit of flexibility on the start date.
The flat is in an excellent location in easy walking distance of Clifton Village, Whiteladies Road, University of Bristol, Bristol Royal Infirmary and the City Centre.
Public transport links are good too with many buses running from the Triangle which is a 5 minute walk from the flat.
The room is part furnished and being at the back of the property is the quieter of the two bedrooms.
An on street parking permit for the Clifton Village section of the Residents Parking Scheme can be purchased.
I have a very friendly dog but no other pets will be considered.
