- Large shared garden with chickens and a flower garden, plus beautiful views over the city
- Street parking available
- Live-in landlord (me!): free-spirited, and a lover of good food, good music and good company 🫶🏼 Pets welcome
- Location: 5 min walk to the Suspension Bridge, 5 min to Clifton Village, 13 min to the Triangle and the river, and 20-25 min to town (or take the boat from Hotwells at the bottom of the hill)
