Suitable for masters' student or lecturer at university of Bristol. Not looking for WFH or couples. Share with owner, teacher of English as a foreign language, and occasionally another adult student of English.
Residents' parking only. Not suitable for bike owners, unless you are happy to lock your bike on the street. There is no storage for a bike within the home.
Bills included. Small monthly charge of £10 per month for groceries such as toilet paper; laundry liquid; washing up liquid; handwash.
