Full-time rent of £800/month or £625/month on a Monday to Friday basis. This includes all bills.

We are centrally located in Bristol, with everything on your doorstop.

The room has a double bed, a large double wardrobe and 2 large chest of drawers. There is a bureau and chair.

The bathroom is adjacent to your room and is shared with the other lodger, whose bedroom is also on the ground floor.

The shared space is on the first floor. The kitchen and conservatory lead to a secluded courtyard garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven, microwave, cupboard space, two fridge-freezers and a dishwasher.

The bus station is a short walk and the train station a 25 min walk or short bus ride.

We have a parakeet and a rabbit who live indoors and therefore ideally would like someone that likes pets and would be happy to look after them some weekends.

We are a friendly household and would like to share our home with another professional who is trustworthy, reliable, considerate and cleans up after themselves.
