Full-time rent of £800/month or £625/month on a Monday to Friday basis. This includes all bills.

We are located in the centre of Bristol, just off The Triangle, with everything on your doorstop.

The room has a double bed, a large double wardrobe and 2 large chest of drawers. There is a bureau and chair.

The bathroom is adjacent to your room and is shared with one other person, whose bedroom is also on the ground floor.

The living area is on the first floor with the kitchen and conservatory leading to a secluded courtyard garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven, microwave, cupboard space and two fridge-freezers.

The bus station is a short walk and the train station a 25 min walk or short bus ride.

We have 2 parakeets who live indoors and therefore you need to be comfortable around birds.

We are a friendly household and would like to share our home with another professional who is trustworthy, reliable, considerate and cleans up after themselves.
